A steady hand in difficult conversations
I founded Monarch Mediation on a simple belief: people in conflict deserve a calmer room than a courtroom. As a neutral facilitator, I don't take sides and I don't hand down decisions — I hold the process so both parties can be heard, understood, and ultimately heard out.
My practice centers on family mediation — divorce, parenting arrangements, and family finances — as well as workplace and civil disputes. Every session is structured, confidential, and paced to keep the conversation moving forward without forcing it.
What matters most to me is that the agreement you leave with is one both of you can actually live with — written in plain language, built around what matters to you, not to the process.
